SERVICES DEDICATED TO COMPANIES

PHE Thermal offers high-grade order customization services, which are very useful for our corporate clients.

  • In the offer phase : our heat exchangers calculation program (tool that suggests the most suitable heat exchangers based on the information on heat exchange needs) is online, also viewable from the mobile phone, and is used by our customers to offer the exchangers directly to their end customers, without the name "PHE Thermal" appearing on the products offered or in the graphics of the calculation program.

  • When coding the order : we can place the order using the name, the code you prefer. In this way it will be easier to process orders even for large quantities of exchangers without confusing yours and ours.

  • In the production phase : we have all the necessary machinery to customize every single element that makes up the exchanger. Colors, engravings, particular connections, need for particular fluid circuits: crossed fluids, fluids in 2:2, 3:3, 4:4 series circulation. We have plate and gasket materials suitable for any type of fluid, from the most aggressive, high temperatures, steam, to the food fluid such as Beer and Wine must which circulate safely in our ACS-certified exchangers.

  • In the packing phase : we are able to pack orders according to the needs of the final customer. In fact, we offer different types of packaging: ​​​

    • Individual packaging for each exchanger, even if placed in a single order of large quantities of exchangers. Excellent solution for those who want to immediately send the exchangers individually to their end customers as soon as they are delivered, without stocking up.  

    • Compact packaging to hold tens of stuck exchangers stably and safely on a 80x120 pallet.

    • Bulk Exchanger Packaging for wholesale: several of our customers purchase huge quantities of bulk frames and bulk plates, which we pack in 80x120 pallets with a maximum weight of 1500 kg, maintaining a high level of order and simple identification of the goods, coded even individually using our codes or codes chosen by the customer.  

    • Container: PHE Thermal sells all over the world and we often have to fit large quantities of assembled exchangers into a container. ​
